We're looking for experienced San Diego bartenders to teach our bartending, mixology, and flair classes. You bring the craft; we handle everything else.
The role
Lead classes behind a real bar
Instructors run hands-on classes of 6–12 students in our Little Italy studio — teaching technique, drinks, and the habits of a working bartender. You'll teach the programs that match your strengths, on a schedule you choose.
Who we hire
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bartending experience
- USBG, FBA, or competition credentials a plus
- Owns a working bar kit (flair instructors: flair equipment)
- Flexible weekday and weekend availability
- Comfortable teaching and leading adult groups
What we offer
The deal
Per-class teaching fee
$50–150 per class depending on the program and tier. Paid out after each session.
Flexible scheduling
Pick the classes that fit your week. Teach as much or as little as you want.
No admin overhead
We handle marketing, booking, payments, and rosters. You show up and teach.
Teach your own clients
Run private lessons for your own students through our studio and platform.
